Inspire Flooring Solutions supplies and installs flooring in Edmonton and nearby areas for homeowners and builders. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Inspire Flooring Solutions, and "you" refers to the person or business hiring us.
Our Services
We supply and install hardwood, tile, carpet, and luxury vinyl plank. Your quote or project agreement will show the exact materials, scope, and finish for your project.
Hardwood
Supply and installation based on the materials and specifications selected for your project.
Tile
Flooring supplied and installed according to the agreed project scope and finish.
Carpet
Material selection and installation as outlined in your quote or project agreement.
Luxury Vinyl Plank
Supply and installation based on the agreed materials, measurements, and project requirements.
Quotes, Measurements, and Pricing
We prepare quotes using the details and measurements we have at first. After we measure your space and check the subfloor and conditions, we confirm the final price and scope.
If extra work is needed, such as subfloor repairs or material changes, we will tell you and confirm any price changes before starting.
Materials
Natural materials and printed finishes can have small differences in color, grain, and texture between samples and batches. This is normal and not a defect.
Deposits and Payment
Most projects require a deposit before we order materials or begin work. The remaining balance is due as stated in your agreement.
We will confirm the amounts and payment schedule when you book.
Scheduling and Access
Please make sure the space is ready and accessible on the scheduled date. If we agreed, clear any furniture in advance.
Delays caused by site conditions or access issues may affect the schedule.
Warranty
We stand behind our installation work, and your flooring may also come with a manufacturer warranty. We will explain what is covered.
Warranties do not cover misuse, water damage, improper care, or normal wear.
Damage and Liability
We do our best to work carefully in your home. If we cause any damage during installation, please tell us within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden subfloor problems, or things beyond our control.
Our responsibility for a project is limited to what you paid for it.
Your Responsibilities
Please give us accurate information and access, and let the flooring adjust to your space as we recommend before installation.
